Job Description
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and traditional media.
Ensure brand consistency and enhance brand awareness through effective branding and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
Collaborate with sales, applications, and product teams to create compelling and engaging content that aligns with the brand's messaging and resonates with the target audience.
Work on lead generation efforts to acquire new customers or clients and optimise conversion funnels to maximise customer acquisition.
Measure and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using various tools and metrics to derive actionable insights and optimize marketing efforts.
Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and promotions to drive brand awareness and engage with customers.
Utilise CRM tools to manage customer data, segmentation, and lead nurturing processes.
Coordinate and manage Public Relation activities, including press releases, media relations, and crisis communication, to maintain a positive brand image.
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, present findings to stakeholders, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 - 3 years of marketing experience.
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or other relevant field.
Proficient in social media marketing and content strategies.
Solid knowledge of social media platforms and data analytics tools (Google Analytics).
Knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Canva are a plus.
