Job description

The Digital Marketing Executive / Senior Executive role is under our business unit, Eu Yan Sang Marketing Pte Ltd. He / She will play a critical role in scaling our cross-border eCommerce business through both paid and organic digital strategies. This position is responsible for managing and optimising campaigns across key platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok, driving traffic, customer acquisition, and conversion performance across international markets.

The role requires a data-driven, performance-focused digital marketer with experience in international campaign execution and familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools to support creative testing, targeting, reporting, and overall campaign efficiency.

DIMENSIONS

  • The role supports online sales channels generating annual revenue target $5 million with significant exponential growth in the subsequent years.
  • Global geographical coverage with focus on the key markets of United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada and South-East Asia

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, execute, and optimise customer acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other performance channels to drive qualified traffic and new customer growth.
  • Develop full-funnel marketing strategies from awareness to conversion, tailored to customer journeys and aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools (such as ChatGPT, AdCreative.ai, Jasper, Ocoya, and Smartly) to:

o Create and test ad copy, visuals, and campaign variations

o Automate reporting workflows and extract performance insights

o Scale creative and targeting experimentation efficiently.

  • Monitor and analyse key acquisition metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates, and proactively adjust strategies to meet performance goals.
  • Localise campaign messaging and creatives for each international market by optimising based on funnel performance, consumer insights, and media efficiency.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce team to align paid acquisition efforts with campaign calendars, lifecycle marketing, and promotional strategies.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, or equivalent tools to support real-time monitoring and optimisation.
  • Stay current with marketing funnel trends, ad platform updates, AI tools, and international digital acquisition best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

EDUCATION

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, eCommerce, or a related field.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in cross-border eCommerce or global DTC brands.
  • Deep platform knowledge across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Proven ability to deliver performance metrics (ROAS, CAC control, CTR improvement).
  • Experience with AI tools that assist in ad creative, campaign analysis, or marketing workflow automation.
  • Strong proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and data interpretation for actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting instincts, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple campaigns running simultaneously.
