About the Role

The Marketing Department is our key external channel to display the range and functions of our apparel. Products like “AIRism” and “HEATTECH” are currently synonymous with the Singaporean life be it for daily wear or for travelling purposes. This is the result of the efforts of our marketing strategies in the last 10 years.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our Digital Marketing team on a contract basis to support a maternity cover period. This role will play a key part in managing day-to-day campaign operations, media billing, performance reporting/optimization, ad-creative briefing and coordination, and affiliate support across digital touchpoints.

Sitting in UNIQLO’s marketing function, this role will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure proper execution of paid media always-on and strategic campaigns across channels (SEM, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, etc). Including paid media planning, creative, strategic and ad copy briefing, and campaign performance optimization.
  • Weekly and monthly tracking and reporting of digital metrics and KPIs (sessions, CVR, AOV) against targets across all digital channels.
  • Monitor channel performance daily and flag key changes or anomalies.
  • Support the execution and optimization of campaigns based on monthly category focus (eg. Bra Tops, UT).
  • Assist in preparing budgets and media briefs to agencies.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing affiliate partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Assist with the full operational process for paid media billing and finance, including: media plan sign-off, PO creation, GR approvals
  • Support recruitment of new affiliates and maintaining relationships with existing partners.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates), and provide learnings and insights for optimization.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with broader business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Display and Affiliate Platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Familiarity with tracking tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Multi-tasker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong outcome-based, result-oriented mindset
  • Analytical mindset with a curiosity to glean insights from data & translate into actionable plans
  • Resourceful with problem solving attitude, and an affinity to challenge status quo and find solutions within operating constraints.
