The candidate should be able to translate data driven insights into personalised marketing campaigns to meet the business objectives (acquisition/retention). They will identify opportunities and execute high-impact conversion driven campaigns across OCBC Consumer Financial Services (CFS) owned and earned media channels. The ideal candidate has led Agile business squads to deliver strategic initiatives, applying Agile methodologies to enhance team collaboration, accelerate delivery timelines, and improve project outcomes.
