Digital Marketing Officer / Digital Marketing Manager (based on experience)
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Executive / Manager to plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing web traffic, generating leads, and improving customer engagement through email marketing, content creation, and social media marketing campaigns.
Strategy & Campaigns
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Work with external agencies to optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), etc.
Define campaign goals, budgets, target audiences, and KPIs.
SEO & Website Management
Optimize website content for search engines and user experience.
Collaborate with web developers to enhance website functionality and performance.
Content & Social Media
Plan, create and publish engaging content across social media platforms, WhatsApp and email channels.
Manage the company’s social media profiles and grow follower engagement.
Email Marketing & Automation
Build and segment email lists.
Create and automate email marketing campaigns for promotions, newsletters, and customer journeys.
Analytics & Reporting
Analyze data to derive actionable insights and improve campaign effectiveness.
Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of:
- Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, RedNote, Lemon8)
- Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Knowledge on SEO / SEM is an advantage
- Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, etc.)
- able to interpret data from Google Analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
