    You are a Digital Marketing Specialist joining the dynamic team at ShowLoom, an innovative B2C e-commerce platform based in Kolkata, West Bengal. ShowLoom is dedicated to empowering independent fashion creators and small-batch clothing manufacturers by offering high-quality, unique apparel directly to fashion-forward consumers. Your role involves developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engage customers, and generate sales, utilizing your creativity and deep understanding of digital marketing channels and trends.Your responsibilities include planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels like Meta, Google Ads, and email marketing. You will monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborating with the content team, you will create engaging content and manage content calendars for timely delivery of marketing messages. Implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and managing SEM campaigns to maximize ROI are also key tasks.In the realm of social media management, you will develop strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement, monitoring channels, responding to inquiries, and fostering community engagement. Utilizing analytics tools, you will track and report on key performance metrics, conduct data analysis to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform future strategies.
