Role Objective
To drive and manage marketing initiatives for Education services and education-related content production with the end goal of engaging our audience, generating qualified leads and increase the company’s brand awareness to the public.

With our team growing, we are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join and work closely with the management team to drive initiatives and manage all social media and digital marketing initiatives with the goal of increasing the company’s brand presence in the marketplace.
Job Responsibilities
Ideate, film, and edit content aligned with the brand’s image and target audience.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure video content supports broader marketing campaigns and business goals.
Support digital marketing efforts such as ad buying, copywriting, influencer collaborations, and community management.
Brainstorm and develop creative strategies, campaigns, and assets to grow the company’s brand presence.
Design user-centric visuals and layouts for web pages, landing pages, emails, display ads, and platform-specific content.
Strategize, implement, and manage social media marketing initiatives across platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Plan and execute digital ad campaigns on Google (SEO/SEM/GDN), YouTube, and Facebook.
Use analytics to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Plan and execute Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) to engage and retain customers.
Job Requirements
At least a Diploma in Business Administration / Mass Communication or its equivalent.
Have minimum 2 years of Digital Marketing related work experience
Passion in developing a career in the Education Industry
Experience and knowledge in Copywriting (Excellent verbal & written English skills) in a plus-point
Technical knowledge of Google Adwords, SEM, SEO, GDN, Facebook Ads and other social media managing platforms is a plus
A great eye for detail – From words to visuals, the final article/page will need to look their best
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaborating in a team
