GENERAL SUMMARY
To execute the Company’s digital marketing campaigns, from campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement and optimisation process.
Work closely with internal marketing team and/or agencies to achieve the objectives of increasing digital presence, digital sales, lead generation, brand engagement and conversions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Produce original, high-quality content for social media platforms including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, Linkedin and Tiktok.
2. Manage and work closely with creative and media agencies to develop always- on content calendar, social ads strategy, KOL engagement etc.
3. Plan and execute social media content and branding campaigns as well as marketing strategies to drive branding and awareness and to improve social media growth, engagement, traffic and sales.
4. Work closely with the marketing and merchandising team to develop additional supporting assets for tactical, editorials, brand launches etc.
5. Prepare insightful campaign reports including social listening, analysis, observations, learnings, and recommendations with Google Analytics.
6. Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time to meet the needs of the Company.
Education & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Marketing or any related field
- At least three to five years of relevant social media experience, a mix of in house and agency background would be a plus.
- Experience with digital marketing strategies, campaign planning, implementation and reports, data analytics, optimizing engagement and conversion funnels.
- Hands on experience in the various digital marketing platforms.

- Proven track record of strategic planning and delivery on social media content calendar with reputational, brand and business goals.
- Creative with a good eye for design and strong organizational skills – able to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while managing essential admin and reporting work
- Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently, as part of collaborative project teams and ability to communicate with all organizational levels.
Competencies
- Good knowledge with Google Analytics and social listening/reporting tools.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (PremierePro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Pay attention to details and work with a positive attitude to meet deadlines
- Excellent time management skills and independent worker
