Job description

Assist the Marketing Manager in executing strategic digital marketing campaigns, managing digital assets, and optimizing online presence to strengthen brand awareness, drive revenue, and enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation & Social Media Management
    Develop and execute engaging social media content across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
    Work closely with designers to create high-quality and brand-aligned visuals and messaging.
    Work with agencies on ad buys.
  2. Website Management & Maintenance
    Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and alignment with brand guidelines.
    Optimize website performance, SEO, and user experience for better engagement and conversions.
    Troubleshoot and coordinate with developers to resolve website issues promptly.
    Track website analytics and implement improvements based on insights.
  3. Digital Marketing Campaigns & Strategy
    Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across SEO, EDMs, social media, paid advertising, and other digital channels.
    Support campaign goal setting, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
    Coordinate with agencies, partners, and internal teams to execute digital initiatives seamlessly.
  4. Performance Tracking & Analytics
    Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
    Prepare reports to track key metrics and suggest improvements.
  5. E-Commerce & Digital Touchpoints
    Support digital initiatives for eCommerce growth, enhancing customer experience across online and in-store digital touchpoints.
    Implement compelling campaigns to drive customer loyalty, acquisition, and engagement.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficient in social media platforms, website CMS, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools.
  • Strong communication, content writing, and analytical skills.
  • A proactive team player who is detail-oriented and organized.
  • Experience in F&B or catering industry is a plus.
