As a Digital Marketing Executive at TIP, you will play a key role in elevating our digital presence, strengthening brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and optimizing marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels with clear timelines and KPIs. Coordinate effectively with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Craft compelling marketing content including copy for presentations, social media, email campaigns, website, and other publicity materials.
- Manage and grow our social media presence (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, WhatsApp, Telegram) through regular content scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Set up and manage tracking infrastructure such as conversion pixels, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools in collaboration with vendors or internal IT teams.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools; provide actionable insights and recommendations to Management for continuous improvement.
- Conduct competitor and market research to stay abreast of trends, benchmarks, and best practices.
- Coordinate with external partners (e.g., SEO vendors, XiaoHongShu marketers) to ensure campaign effectiveness and maximize return on marketing investments.
- Identify opportunities to improve website performance, SEO ranking, and user experience; work with web developers or internal teams to implement enhancements.
- Demonstrate accountability in meeting goals and timelines, while proactively managing priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with team members across departments in a respectful, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
- Conceptualize, script, film, and edit short-form video content that can be used on platforms such as TikTok, Youtube Shorts, Instagram Reels that aligns with our brand voice and engages target audiences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or similar roles.
- Strong copywriting, analytical, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and CRM/email marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of web performance metrics and UX optimization is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and within a team.
