Are you a digital marketing whiz with a passion for beauty and skincare? We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Exec to join our team!

Responsibilities & Duties

• Social Media Strategy: Plan and execute social media strategies to build and grow brand presence across relevant platforms.

• Content Creation: Develop, write, and proofread compelling content for blog posts, email campaigns (EDMs), promotional materials, and social media channels.

• Visual Content Production: Plan, shoot, and edit photography and videography for social media and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and messaging.

• Performance & Campaign Management:

• Implement and manage paid social media campaigns.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance, including market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights.

• Optimize campaigns to manage acquisition costs and maximize ROI.

• KOL Engagement: Collaborate with appointed agency to craft and execute public relations and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement strategies.

• Corporate Partnerships: Acquire strategic partners to enhance clientele base

• Digital Marketing Trends: Stay updated on the latest online marketing and social media trends to ensure strategies remain current and effective.

Requirements:

• Candidate should possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Marketing or equivalent.

• Proficient in using design and content creation tools such as Adobe, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms for visual and video content.

• Proficient in creating, executing and evaluating online marketing campaigns including email, search/SEO, advertising, and social media

• Independent with good communication skills

• Working hours: Mon - Fri 9am – 6pm
