Job summary

Project 19 Interior Design seeks a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to produce engaging social content from renovation projects and generate quality leads through targeted digital campaigns.

The role focuses on creating high-impact videos, curating social feeds, and managing paid campaigns to attract local homeowners. Mandarin skills support content expansion into Chinese platforms, with KPI-based bonuses and a design-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in video editing for short-form content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts).
• Strong graphic design capability for social visuals.
• Experience managing paid campaigns (Facebook/Instagram/Google).
• Knowledge of Singapore housing market and renovation terminology helpful.
• Excellent English communication and content creation skills.
• Able to manage on-site filming independently.

Responsibilities

• Create high-engagement short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) showing site walkthroughs and Before vs After transformations.
• Curate and maintain premium Instagram and Facebook feeds to enhance brand presence.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads targeting local homeowners to increase lead generation and reduce CPL.
• Optimize landing pages to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Update and maintain the company website portfolio with project highlights.
• Track and analyze monthly marketing analytics to inform campaign adjustments.
• Independently conduct on-site filming to capture renovation content.
