Beyond its discerning network of clientele, celebrities have worn the brand’s high and fine jewellery creations at red carpet galas, most recently at the 2024 Golden Globes.
Now in its 5th generation, the brand aims to expand its international efforts. In doing so, B.P. de Silva is establishing a team of seasoned, passionate, and creative marketers with a penchant for building a meaningful and powerful global brand for this generation and beyond.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the brand’s local and international SEO and SEM efforts.
- Conduct market and consumer research, stay abreast of emerging digital trends, tools, and platforms, and implement strategies accordingly.
- Perform digital marketing analytics, prepare reports, and share key insights with the team to develop optimization plans, including managing outreach platforms and international stockist relations on a monthly basis.
- Manage full-spectrum digital advertising campaigns, including ad buy, content conceptualization, campaign implementation, data analysis, and performance evaluation based on the marketing calendar.
- Maintain and regularly update the website and other digital presence, improving overall client web UX.
- Manage inventory and evaluate sales performance online and in retail locations.
- Implement and improve e-commerce SOPs, recommending quarterly improvement projects.
- Coordinate with relevant parties and agencies to ensure consistent marketing strategies across all channels.
- Support the marketing team and provide ad-hoc support to relevant teams, including event support, client relationship management, and retail operations.
- Oversee global luxury e-commerce operations.
- Plan and review budgets.
- Evaluate and improve ROAS.
- Measure, assess, and optimize digital performance metrics.
- Lead and collaborate with the company’s digital agencies.
- Visit the flagship periodically to understand business marketing needs.
Role requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of Shopify and proven expertise in e-commerce.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc.
- Proven expertise in B2C social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM (Mailchimp preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An eye for luxury branding and a keen understanding of its nuances.

- Ability to prioritize work and complete tasks diligently in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork and independent working ability.
- Willingness to learn.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager or Management.
Advantageous qualifications
- Experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Prior experience in luxury brands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin for dealing with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Experience and interest in video production and/or editing tools such as iMovie, Premiere Pro, etc.
