RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and lead a team of 6 to drive Digital Marketing and E-commerce Growth.
• Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across organic and paid channels to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
• Monitor live campaigns daily to ensure performance goals are met, implementing timely adjustments to bidding strategies, targeting parameters, and creative assets.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Maintain the website with CRO best practices and push out campaigns promptly.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing regular reports and insights.
• Streamline and improve e-commerce operations for high efficiency.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for campaign objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong expertise in paid media mainly in Facebook and Tiktok.
• Strong experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopify Plus preferred), and performance marketing tools.
• Proven 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing within the retail sector.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools.
• Experienced with Canva & Capcut.
• A strong leader and team player who can lead a large team and handle objective feedback.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
• Can easily multi-task and work independently with timeline driven and minimum supervision.
• Self-motivated individual with a passion for driving results and continuous improvement.
