Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online engagement, drive direct bookings, and elevate brand visibility across web, social media, and mobile platforms.

  • Accelerate the growth of online sales and service offerings.

  • Oversee the full product development cycle—from market research and concept design to launch, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, IT, and Operations, to ensure digital initiatives align with broader business objectives.

  • Lead website and e-commerce improvements to enhance user experience, boost conversion rates, and enable seamless CRM integration.

  • Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for new digital products, service packages, or unique online experiences.

  • Lead and manage the Online Sales and Marketing team to execute campaigns and drive results.

  • Define KPIs and produce performance reports for senior leadership, providing data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related discipline.

  • At least 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or product development, preferably in the hospitality, travel, or related sectors.

  • Proven track record in transforming offline products and services into compelling online offerings.

  • Deep knowledge of social media marketing, Google Analytics, paid media, UX/UI best practices, and digital marketing automation tools.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

  • Innovative, with a passion for emerging digital trends and a strategic, forward-thinking mindset.
