We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Content Creator!
We are seeking a
hands-on, creative, and digitally savvy Digital Marketing Content Creator / Videographer to join our in-house marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who can
conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content—both visual and written—across social media, ad platforms, and website channels.
The ideal candidate is confident behind the camera and occasionally in front of it, knows how to frame a shot for both TikTok and Meta, and is fluent in the language of reels, hooks, and UGC. Experience in
livestreaming is a strong advantage.

Role: Digital Marketing Content Creator
What You'll Do
- Content Creation & Videography involves planning, scripting, filming, and editing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads, shooting and producing content independently using your own equipment or company-provided tools, developing content formats such as tutorials, product showcases, street interviews, testimonials, and campaign promos, and occasionally appearing on-screen to enhance brand connection and storytelling.
- Livestream Support (Bonus) involves hosting or assisting in livestream sessions on platforms such as TikTok Shop or Facebook Live, preparing livestream content, product highlights, flow scripts, and technical setup, and engaging with the audience in real-time by answering questions and promoting offers.
- Campaign & Web Content Coordination involves collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and product launches, supporting basic content updates for landing pages or promotional sections on the website, and contributing to email content and visuals when required.
- Performance Monitoring involves tracking video and post engagement metrics such as views, shares, CTR, and completion rate, and keeping up with content trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to guide future content planning.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, videography, or social media marketing.
- Proven ability to film and edit video independently (short-form, vertical-first formats).
- Skilled in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or equivalent.
- Strong writing skills with a solid grasp of social media tone and digital storytelling.
- Comfortable on camera and able to present in a natural, confident, and engaging manner.
- Familiarity with social platform tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Studio, Creator Studio).
- Livestreaming experience is a plus (TikTok Shop, Facebook Live, or equivalent).
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced team.
