We are looking for a culturally-aware and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategy targeting clients in mainland China and Chinese-speaking clients in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with China's key digital platforms and a proven ability to generate B2B leads. You will be instrumental in building our brand presence, engaging prospective clients, and driving business growth from this key market segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for the mainland China market, utilizing platforms such as WeChat (Official Accounts, Mini Programs), Baidu (SEO/SEM), Zhihu (知乎), and Douyin (抖音).
- Create, localize, and manage engaging content in fluent, business-proficient Mandarin Chinese for all our digital channels.
- Manage the company's WeChat Official Account, including content planning, publishing, community management, and lead nurturing.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Baidu PPC and Tencent Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize our online presence for the Baidu search engine (Baidu SEO).
- Establish Hao Bizcon's professional voice on B2B-relevant platforms like Zhihu to build authority and trust.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, analyzing ROI and KPIs specific to the Chinese market.
- Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, and regulations within China to adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Requirement: Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Chinese Studies, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese is essential to create compelling marketing copy and communicate effectively with clients. Proficiency in English is also required for internal communication.
- Experience: 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, with a mandatory focus on the mainland China market.
- Platform Skills: Demonstrable, hands-on experience managing WeChat Official Accounts and running campaigns on Baidu.
- Analytical Skills: Familiarity with Chinese analytics tools and a strong understanding of user behaviour on Chinese platforms.
- Cultural Understanding: Deep understanding of the cultural nuances and business etiquette in China.
