Join an early-staged consumer brand that is rapidly establishing its presence in the Singapore market. Our client, backed by solid international funding and an excellent network of partners, offers a unique opportunity to be part of a closely-knit, international team.

This is an agile, hybrid work environment, driving campaigns end-to-end with the full support of your sales & marketing colleagues, alongside external freelancers and agencies.

Main Responsibilities:

As the Digital Marketing lead with expertise in Campaign Management, you will be a pivotal driver of the brand's online presence, spearheading all digital marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and generate leads for the sales team. You will strategically lead and oversee all digital marketing campaigns across key channels including SEO, SEM/ Paid Media, Paid Social (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with business objectives and ROI. You will effectively manage the digital marketing agency, continuously monitoring performance and optimizing efforts. Where needed, you will utilize your working knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Google Ads (AdWords) to further optimize performance.

Partnering with your in-house content marketer, you will guide digital content strategy, oversee CRM for effective lead acquisition, and conduct market intelligence to inform campaigns.

Skills & Experience Required:

You possess over 10 years of experience, with a proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across the specified channels. Demonstrable hands-on experience operating platforms like Google Ads (AdWords) is critical. Prior experience working in a marketing agency is highly preferred, and recent experience marketing to a regional audience is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate is analytical and a strong communicator. You may be from any industry - e.g. marketing agency, consumer technology, B2C financial services, hospitality/ travel, or education.
