Working Information

Working Day: 5 days

Working Hour: 9am-630pm

Salary Range: $2,800-$3,500

Responsibilities

Web Management: Assist in updating and maintaining web pages via CMS, ensuring content is fresh and engaging.

Social Media Support: Help manage social media channels to boost brand presence and customer engagement.

Project Coordination: Provide valuable support for various projects, collaborating closely with internal teams and other departments.

Data Management: Perform essential administrative and reporting tasks, utilizing your Excel skills to manage and analyze data effectively.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication

Japanese Language Expert: Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese Language with JLPT N1 certification, as company websites and communication materials are primarily in Japanese Language.

Digital Marketing Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in B2C digital marketing areas such as email marketing, social media marketing, or customer acquisition.

Tech-Savvy Communicator: Proficiency in digital communication tools (e.g., email, Slack, Trello) and strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Team Player: Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multicultural team environment.
