We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to help execute marketing campaigns, content creation, and event coordination, while gaining hands-on experience in real-world marketing. As part of our Marketing Mentoring Program, you'll also have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals and contribute to engaging, high-impact campaigns that connect with our clients and community.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Support & Execution

  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns to promote managed IT services.

  • Help manage Facebook ad scheduling and performance reporting.

  • Draft and send email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and communicate updates.

Content Support

  • Assist in the production and editing of marketing content including videos, blog posts, brochures, and case studies.

  • Support social media copywriting and formatting of marketing materials.

  • Help coordinate influencer or agency content delivery and approvals.

Marketing Admin & Reporting

  • Compile basic analytics on marketing campaigns (open rates, clicks, ad performance).

  • Prepare marketing reports and assist in presenting key data during internal meetings.

  • Maintain campaign trackers and help follow up on vendor marketing funding.

Digital & Social Media Coordination

  • Assist with updating company social media accounts and scheduling posts.

  • Monitor social engagement and help maintain a consistent brand voice.

  • Help manage content calendars and digital assets.

Event & Campaign Coordination

  • Assist in organizing marketing events, webinars, and client-facing promotions.

  • Support lead generation activities and client outreach efforts.

Administrative Support

  • Take minutes during internal meetings and document action items related to marketing.

  • Maintain marketing folders, image libraries, and updated vendor information.

️ Tools You’ll Learn or Use
  • Meta Business Suite / Facebook Ads Manager

  • Mailchimp or similar email tools

  • Canva or Adobe Express for visuals

  • WordPress or Wix for CMS updates

What We're Looking For:
  • A Certificate/Diploma or higher in Marketing, Communications or related field.

  • Preferably with 1 year of experience in marketing (includes internship periods or freelance work).

  • Familiar with Facebook Ads, email marketing, influencer marketing, and working with agencies.

  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Capcut, or Adobe Premiere).

  • Strong writing skills and a flair for content creation.

  • Familiar with digital marketing tools like CRMs, email platforms, or scheduling tools.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
