About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and sharp Digital Marketing Account Executive to manage client relationships and lead day-to-day campaign execution. You’ll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams — someone who can think strategically, communicate clearly, and execute fast. This role blends account management, content strategy, and digital performance marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

Client & Account Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Lead client meetings with confidence, from presenting reports to recommending optimisations.
  • Understand and explain performance metrics (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) in a way clients can act on.
  • Prepare all necessary meeting materials, reports, and creative previews in advance.

Project & Timeline Management

  • Prioritise and plan workload across multiple accounts with minimal supervision.
  • Coordinate with design, video, and performance teams to meet campaign deadlines.
  • Track task progress using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp).
  • Flag potential delays or client issues early with solutions ready.

Content & Creative Direction

  • Ideate social media content that aligns with each brand’s tone and business goals.
  • Write engaging captions and content briefs that are clear and conversion-focused.
  • Review and proof creatives before presenting to clients.
  • Stay updated with digital trends and competitor content to inform fresh ideas.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing or account servicing role.
  • Ability to analyse and explain campaign performance in simple terms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Able to think creatively and craft social-first content.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and not afraid to make decisions.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and platform analytics will be a plus.
