Qualifications

Job description

    You will be joining a fast-growing skincare and wellness brand that is dedicated to providing impactful solutions in the beauty and medical aesthetics industry. With a focus on innovation and enhancing customer experience, we are now looking to expand our digital presence and performance-driven marketing efforts.As a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) or Digital Marketing Head with a minimum of 10 years of experience, particularly in skincare, wellness, or medical aesthetics, you will play a crucial strategic role in driving customer acquisition, enhancing brand visibility, and maximizing ROI across all digital platforms.Your responsibilities will include developing and executing the digital marketing strategy encompassing paid media, performance marketing, CRM, SEO, and organic growth. You will be overseeing acquisition and retention strategies with a primary emphasis on ROI, planning and scaling paid campaigns across various platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and affiliates, and focusing on driving D2C revenue and customer lifetime value through performance-driven initiatives. Additionally, you will lead and guide a team (internal/external) across paid, organic, and content functions, collaborate with product and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, utilize analytics to optimize customer funnels and campaign performance continuously, and manage digital marketing budgets effectively across different channels. Staying updated on the latest trends in the skincare, wellness, and medical aesthetics digital landscape will also be a key aspect of your role.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a track record of holding leadership positions. Previous experience in skincare, wellness, beauty, or medical aesthetics is mandatory. A strong background in performance marketing, customer acquisition, and CRM is essential, along with hands-on experience in managing paid channels such as Meta, Google, and YouTube. Proficiency in D2C funnels, customer segmentation, and retention strategies is necessary, coupled with strategic thinking abilities, excellent analytical skills, and a focus on ROI-driven decision-making. You should be capable of working independently in a fractional leadership role and possess experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.,
