We are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketer / Graphic Designer to drive our digital marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing visually appealing content and campaigns across various digital platforms, with a strong focus on customer engagement, beauty trends, and brand consistency.
Job Responsibilities
- Creative Visual Design & Advertising: Conceptualize and craft compelling visuals and templates for online advertisements, web promotions, and digital campaigns. Design a wide range of digital assets—including social media visuals, EDMs, landing pages, and online ads—that translate marketing objectives into eye-catching, high-performing content.
- Video and Multimedia Production: Design engaging video content and multimedia presentations to highlight our services and treatments, contributing to our educational and promotional strategies.
- Social Media Content Creation: Plan, script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and 小红书 (XHS), aligned with trending formats and brand tone.
- Marketing Collateral Design: Produce high-quality designs for product packaging, internal notices, brochures, banners, and client-facing materials that reflect brand values.
- Collaborative Campaigns Execution: Work closely with marketing, content, and technical teams to integrate design elements seamlessly across platforms and campaigns, enhancing the overall brand experience.
- Web & Social Media Presence: Drive follower growth, engagement, and bookings via consistent online presence
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, content production, or digital marketing, preferably within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and aesthetics
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms (TikTok, XHS, IG, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Skilled in photography and video shooting/editing; familiarity with tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Canva is a strong advantage.
- Experience creating platform-optimized content (e.g., vertical video, trending hooks, reels) for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and XHS.
- Resourceful, proactive, and passionate about creating content that resonates with modern audiences.
