Job summary

Materia LLP seeks a creative, results-driven Digital Marketer to enhance our online presence by planning and creating digital content, managing social media, supporting campaigns, and increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.

You will plan content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms, craft posts and visual assets, monitor performance, and collaborate with our small team to keep brand messaging consistent across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Basic proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Strong writing, communication, and creative skills demonstrated through content development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms to drive engagement and brand visibility
• Create engaging posts, captions, short videos, reels, and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences
• Support digital marketing campaigns and online promotions by executing content strategies and monitoring progress
• Manage and update website and social media content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
• Research and analyze relevant trends, topics, products, and customer interests to inform content creation and marketing strategies
• Assist with photography, video creation, and basic graphic design to produce compelling visual content
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and customer enquiries to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement areas
• Prepare marketing reports summarizing campaign results and recommend actionable improvements
• Support lead generation efforts and maintain effective customer communication through digital channels
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote products, events, and activities, ensuring alignment with brand messaging
• Maintain a consistent brand image and tone across all digital platforms to strengthen brand identity
