Job summary

WuXi AppTec is seeking a hands-on IT professional to support the implementation, validation, administration, maintenance, and improvement of manufacturing, laboratory, and quality systems. You will handle CSV activities, vendor coordination, and end-user support while upholding GMP data integrity.

Key systems include IBM Maximo, Infor WMS, Empower, and related manufacturing/lab applications. The role requires 3+ years in enterprise-level systems and strong SQL and Windows Server skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Min 3 years supporting enterprise-grade manufacturing, laboratory, or related systems.
• Direct CSV experience and GMP data integrity knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end system administration and access management for supported systems.
• Lead digital project execution including functional testing and UAT for rollouts.
• Lead full CSV lifecycle and GMP compliance activities, audits, CAPA, change control.
• Coordinate with vendors and provide tier 2/3 end-user support.
