Job description

Digital Health Solutions Consultant (DHSC) - AlinIQ

The DHSC is responsible for AlinIQ Customer Loyalty and Sales Tactics, focusing on Value Realization by working directly with the CoreLab Sales Organization (Enterprise and Customer Experience Team). They report directly to the Digital Health Solutions Executive (DHSE), enabling the development of customized solutions utilizing our AlinIQ Portfolio for clients.

Major Accountabilities
  1. Deliver advanced presentations of AlinIQ Solutions to clients, supporting the Core Sales Team and DHSE to validate client needs and propose suitable offers.
  2. Ensure maximum utilization and understanding of AlinIQ solutions, turning clients into promoters.
  3. Maintain close relations with existing clients to improve workflows, identify new needs, and create additional sales through value expansion.
  4. Support creation of SOW in pre-sales phases in partnership with Customer and CORE sales roles.
  5. Provide advanced and functional training of customers on AlinIQ enablers during laboratory operations.
  6. Increase customer satisfaction and NPS, creating value expansion opportunities and collaborating with the sales team.
  7. Deep dive into customer needs, using AlinIQ enablers to transform customers into reference sites and bridge to marketing teams.
  8. Minimize errors and issues through hyper-care, reducing customer complaints and support workload.
  9. Ensure all activities comply with quality system requirements.
Requirements
  • Understanding of IT technology within hospital and laboratory environments.
  • Expertise in clinical laboratory workflows (sample, order/result, inventory, quality).
  • Strong understanding of Clinical Laboratory KPIs and involvement in their design, monitoring, and improvement.
  • Knowledge of how technology drives value in healthcare and laboratory settings.
  • IT functional expertise, with knowledge of healthcare and/or laboratory medicine industry preferred.
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo, with analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
  • Excellent customer communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Willingness to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in medical, life sciences, IT, or medical technology preferred.
