The Digital Health Team in Danone is part of the Medical & Nutrition Science team located in DLab Singapore. We work in the R&I domain and develop digital health initiatives for Danone, to impact health globally and locally and contribute to value creation for people/patients and business via digital technologies.
Project Initiation and Planning
- Assist in Project Planning: Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with digital health team goals.
- Coordinate Team Activities: Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members, including internal stakeholders and external partners.
Execution and Coordination
- Facilitate Meetings: Organize and participate in project meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-up with all stakeholders.
- Manage Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and digital health solution details.
- Support Risk Management: Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies, ensuring project quality and stability.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor Project Progress: Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
- Prepare Reports: Generate regular status reports, reviews, and updates for senior management, including scientific evidence, business, and health impact data.
- Quality Assurance: Help ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards, Danone's best practices, legal, regulatory affairs aspects, and support the activation and monitoring of digital health solutions.
Innovation and Scaling
- Innovation: Translate cutting-edge technology and scientific work into robust, scalable services and products. Partner and build our own technologies and services for global use.
- Scout and Pilot New Technology: Stay up to date with emerging technologies, scout new innovations, and convert them into concrete pilot initiatives to enhance digital health solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the team, leveraging insights from digital health projects.
- Scaling: Support digital products launches/activations in key countries.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
The following technical skills and experience:
- At least a BSc. Degree in a relevant field (e.g., nutrition, food science, digital health, business, health sciences, information technology, biomedical engineering or equivalent).
- 1-3 years of work experience in project management or a related role.
- Capabilities to translate concepts and business challenges into digital health tools with measurable impact on the portfolio.
- Familiar with product/software development methodologies, such as waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and/or design thinking.
- Know how on the basics of software development and IT.
- Familiarity with digital health technologies.
- Experience in healthcare, including homecare, nursing homes, and pharmacies, with a focus on frailty, oncology, or adult therapeutic areas.
- Project management certification (IPMA, PRINCE2, or similar) preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in using communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams) to facilitate remote work.
- Fluency in English.
