Digital Growth Specialist (Contract)
Job Purpose
We are seeking a resourceful and hands-on Digital Growth Specialist to support WINK+ app’s expansion through merchant acquisition, digital marketing execution, day-to-day operations, and administrative coordination. This hybrid role is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about digital ecosystems and growing businesses from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Merchant Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify, approach, and close new merchants for listing and campaign participation.
- Build strong relationships with merchant partners and maintain ongoing communication.
- Manage onboarding process including registration, deal setup, and training support.
- Track merchant performance and gather feedback to optimise future campaigns.
- Identify New Business Opportunities
- Proactively identify and propose new business ideas or partnership models that align with app growth objectives.
- Digital Marketing & Campaign Support
- Assist in executing digital campaigns across social media, CRM, and in-app placements.
- Support content creation and scheduling for merchant promotions and user engagement.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and help prepare reports and dashboards for internal reviews.
- Operations & Platform Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams (product, tech, design) to ensure merchant content and promotions go live smoothly.
- Support merchant and user queries related to voucher redemption, promotions, or listings.
- Assist in QA checks on app content and promotional flows during key launches.
- Administrative & Documentation Work
- Maintain and update merchant records, contracts, and promotion forms.
- Prepare presentation decks, reports, or promotional assets as needed.
- Handle finance and administrative matters and file organisation.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or operations (internship/fresh grad with strong aptitude may be considered).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Canva or basic design/video tools a bonus.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
- Bonus: Knowledge of F&B, e-commerce, or rewards platforms in Singapore.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and content creation and video platforms (e.g., Figma, Canva, Capcut, etc).
- Interest in food, lifestyle, and tech-driven platforms is a plus.
- Flexible in adjusting to different working hours.
