Job description

As Digital Growth Lead, you will be responsible for scaling and optimizing our eB2B platform in Singapore. You’ll lead growth through customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies while executing efficient market operations and digital trade marketing campaigns. This role is at the intersection of sales execution, change management, commercial operations, performance marketing, and customer experience, ensuring seamless retailer journeys and digital ecosystem adoption.

Job Scope:

1. eB2B Rollout & Operations Management

  • Accelerate eB2B rollout across the full addressable retail universe in Singapore.
  • Manage and coach field ops for retailer onboarding and adoption.
  • Ensure customer service excellence (NPS) and SLA adherence through daily market ops oversight

2. Digital Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and drive market-level digital trade marketing initiatives (campaigns, promos) to acquire and retain retailers.
  • Define and execute end-to-end campaigns across digital and traditional channels (chatbots, WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications, telesales).
  • Collaborate with content teams and agencies to deliver timely, targeted communications.

3. Performance & Analytics

  • Track KPIs (Onboarded Outlets, MAU, CTR, conversions, adoption, app usage, etc.) using marketing automation tools
  • Share insights and updates with field and central teams to continuously improve performance.

4. Customer Experience & Capability Building

  • Lead the creation and rollout of capability content for field teams, retailers, and distributors.
  • Support change management by providing training, collecting feedback, and closing execution gaps.
  • Identify operational issues or tech gaps and liaise with cross-functional teams for resolution.

Qualifications

You will need to have:

  • Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Experience: 4 - 6 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Commercial, RTM, Digital Product Management or Execution.
  • Industry experience in FMCG or similar industry is an added advantage
