With a spacious showroom and an active online presence, we are constantly refreshing our collections and reinventing how people discover and shop for furniture.

We’re now looking for a Digital Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, multifaceted role ideal for someone creative, resourceful, and eager to work at the intersection of design, marketing, and e-commerce.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll help us create and manage content for both our e-commerce platform and physical showroom. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our online presence fresh, functional, and engaging—while also producing compelling visual content for social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling.

You’ll work alongside a small, collaborative team where your work will have real impact—from concept to execution. This role is ideal for someone looking to expand their skills in photography, videography, web design, digital marketing, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update product listings, imagery, descriptions, and page layouts on Shopify

  • Create and edit content for website, EDMs, social media, and in-store displays

  • Support social media campaigns with stills, short-form video, and motion graphics

  • Conduct regular website checks to ensure accuracy of pricing, stock availability, and design consistency

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely content updates and alignment with sales, inventory, and product launches

  • Coordinate with external developers to implement site improvements or bug fixes

  • Provide basic marketing support including email marketing setup, SEO optimisation, and ad content creation

  • Manage photography and videography of new product arrivals (flat lays, lifestyle imagery, short clips)

  • Track and report on content and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Shopify reports

  • Ensure design consistency across platforms and uphold the brand’s visual identity

What You'll Learn

  • Practical experience across digital marketing, content creation, and e-commerce operations

  • How to manage and grow an online store with real-time data and customer feedback

  • Exposure to all stages of a product lifecycle—from procurement to customer purchase

  • Hands-on experience with photography, videography, and styling in a live retail setting

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital design, or content creation

  • Strong knowledge of Shopify or similar CMS platforms

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects a bonus)

  • Basic photography and videography skills (product and lifestyle)

  • Experience with social media content creation, including Instagram and Facebook

  • Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and web analytics tools

  • Excellent time management and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • A genuine interest in interiors, retail, and visual storytelling

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in UX/UI or web layout design

  • Motion graphics or short-form video editing

  • Copywriting for product and promotional content
