A leading company is seeking a Digital Experience Manager to oversee the lifecycle of digital projects including web and mobile apps. The role demands expertise in UI/UX design, project management, and business analysis, ensuring high-quality user experiences and effective project delivery. Job Overview:
The Digital Experience Manager combines expertise in UI/UX design, project management, and business analysis to oversee the full lifecycle of digital projects including Web Apps, Mobile Apps, and related digital solutions. The role requires comprehensive involvement from client requirement gathering to final product delivery, ensuring high-quality user experiences, effective project management, and accurate business analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. UI/UX Design:
· Conceptualize and develop user interface and user experience designs for websites, web applications, and mobile apps.
· Create wireframes, from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
· Utilize design tools such as Figma, Miro, Canva, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
· Apply design thinking methodologies to create intuitive, user-centric designs.
· Incorporate feedback and iteratively enhance designs based on stakeholder and user input.
2. Project Management:
· Lead and manage digital solution projects from initiation to completion.
· Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
· Monitor project progress and proactively manage tasks and risks to ensure timely delivery.
· Conduct regular project status updates with internal teams and external clients.
· Ensure clear documentation of project milestones, deliverables, and decisions.
3. Business Analysis:
· Elicit, document, and analyze client requirements effectively.
· Translate business needs into clear, actionable project specifications and user stories.
· Conduct competitive analysis and research to enhance project viability and success.
· Collaborate closely with clients to clarify objectives and align project deliverables with business goals.
· Support the continuous improvement of business analysis processes within the organization.
4. Development Oversight:
· Work closely with developers to implement designs, ensuring fidelity to original UI/UX specifications.
· Clarify any design and requirement-related queries raised by developers.
· Facilitate agile processes including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
· Conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate final deliverables.
5. Testing and Delivery:
· Lead testing activities to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and high-quality standards.
· Coordinate resolution of any defects or discrepancies identified during testing phases.
· Manage final client approvals and sign-offs prior to deployment.
· Provide training and support documentation as necessary to assist in smooth handover.
Technical and Professional Requirements:
· Proven experience in UI/UX design, project management, and business analysis.
· Proficiency in tools: Figma, Miro, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
· Familiarity with agile and traditional project management methodologies.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
· Comfortable using AI-assisted tools for design and project management tasks.
· Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and client groups.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Design, Business, or a related field.
· Certification or relevant training in Project Management, UI/UX Design, or Business Analysis.
Reporting Structure:
· Reports directly to Chief Technology Officer.
