Currently, we are seeking a Digital Consulting Manager with 5 to 8 years of related experience in Digital Engineering and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain.

A strong background in consulting, system integration, and hands-on experience in product development is required. This role demands a professional who can deliver transformative solutions, support Digital Engineering & PLM lead project delivery, business development, and mentor junior colleagues. The primary industry focus will be on Semiconductor, Automotive, MedTech, Industrial, and Battery industries.

What you need to do :

• Advise clients on PLM strategies to drive digital transformation in Digital Engineering, product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and services.
• Assess current client product development processes and recommend improvements using Digital Engineering, PLM, Digital Twin, and Digital Thread technologies.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of Digital Engineering & PLM solutions for clients across various industries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional client and vendor teams to design and deliver business processes and PLM solutions aligned with client goals.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Provide functional system solutions for PLM/ ALM / MES systems.
• Support the sales process by identifying opportunities, originating proposals, and participating in client presentations.
• Act as an advocate of PLM best practices, methods, and processes.
• Develop test plans to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
• Stay updated on PLM technology trends, innovations, and best practices to enhance client solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in delivering digital transformations in Digital Engineering & PLM domains.
• Delivered 2-3 end-to-end implementations in PLM packages such as Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE, PTC Windchill, ARAS, SAP PLM, with domain experience in Lifesciences, Consumer Goods & Services, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Med-Tech, Aerospace & Defense, or Hi-Tech manufacturing.
• Good understanding of architectural design patterns, frameworks, and methodologies for PLM architecture.
• Experience in PLM, Process Excellence, Functional Solutioning, Solution Design, Data Governance, and Digital Transformations.
• Experience in business development, proposal development, business cases, campaigns, and team management.
• Experience in writing functional specifications, testing functionalities, providing user training, and conducting workshops.
• Knowledge of best practices in PLM & Digital Engineering and integrating PLM with cloud solutions.
• Experience working with large teams, multi-stakeholder environments, and complex digital projects, preferably with global exposure.
• Effective communication, presentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills to inspire and nurture team members.
