Your Role:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Outbound Communication:Conduct cold outreach via phone calls and WhatsApp to users of our platform, convincing them to schedule appointments with our partnered property advisors.
  • Inbound Communication:Handle incoming inquiries regarding property selling matters and provide clear, helpful information to users.Proactively convince users to book appointments with our partnered advisors.
  • Lead Conversion:Utilize effective communication strategies to convert potential leads into confirmed appointments for our partnered advisors.Track and document user interactions to support the overall lead management process.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain a persuasive but friendly approach.
  • Experience in Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • Basic understanding of properties in Singapore is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
