Job Description
- Develop compelling digital content (static, animated, and video) tailored for social media platforms. This includes conceptualising and designing graphics, illustrations, reels, animations, and infographics to boost online engagement and reach.
- Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos for use across digital platforms. Experience with storytelling through video is highly valued.
- Independently utilise tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Illustrator (and optionally Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects) to produce high-quality content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Liaise with external creative agencies and production vendors to manage deliverables and timelines for content-related projects. Coordinate pre-production tasks such as storyboarding, script reviews, and approvals.
- Assist in back-end tasks such as notetaking during meetings, coordinating logistics for shoots or events, conducting site recces, supporting archival of digital assets, and helping with campaign reporting when necessary.
- Monitor and contribute to the brand’s social media presence, including scheduling posts, tracking analytics, responding to queries/comments (where applicable), and identifying opportunities to optimise engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or visual communications.
- Diploma or Degree in Design, Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design, animation, and video editing capabilities.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and ability to translate them into strategic content.
- Prior experience with branding, marketing campaigns, or public-sector communication is a plus.
