Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of strategic digital initiatives, particularly around distributor-facing Point-of-Sale (POS) platforms, ensuring alignment with modernization goals.

• Assess current processes and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience across digital platforms.

• Maintain and prioritize the distribution backlog, aligning initiatives with business urgency and resource availability.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, and foster strong working relationships.

• Manage communication around platform enhancements, system maintenance, and incident resolution across relevant channels.

• Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

• Mentor and empower team members to enhance their performance and support their professional growth.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally with exposure to digital transformation, business process innovation, or omnichannel environments.

• Proven success in managing projects and change initiatives; familiarity with Agile methodologies is essential. Certifications like PMP, Scrum, or Agile are a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence across teams and senior stakeholders.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

• Adaptable, solutions-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong sense of ownership and a collaborative mindset.
