Job summary

StarHub Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Digital Designer to create and adapt brand-consistent digital creatives for performance marketing campaigns. You will work across multiple formats and platforms with emphasis on visual quality and optimisation.

Responsibilities include building creatives from briefs, populating templates with copy and imagery, generating variants, and ensuring brand integrity and technical compliance across outputs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in digital, graphic or advertising production.
• Portfolio showing high-volume digital campaign work.
• Experience in fast-paced agency or in-house environments.
• Strong knowledge of layout, typography, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; After Effects basic skills advantageous.
• Familiar with ad automation and dynamic creative workflows.
• Attention to detail and version control.

Responsibilities

• Interpret campaign briefs and execute digital creatives across approved templates and formats.
• Populate dynamic creative templates with campaign content including copy, pricing, product imagery, and CTA elements.
• Generate ad variants across placements using the ad automation platform and catch layout anomalies.
• Adapt and optimize assets for platform-specific specs using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ensure layout accuracy, brand consistency, and copy integrity across outputs.
• Export and package final deliverables in required formats (static and animated).
• Maintain organized asset management and version control for production files.
• Identify inconsistencies and escalate when necessary to improve workflows.
• Support scalable production and contribute to efficiency improvements.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
