Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in transaction banking, cash management, treasury products, or digital banking.
• Strong understanding of tokenized deposits, stablecoin settlement, digital wallets.
• Familiarity with local and regional regulatory frameworks.
• Strong project management, business analysis, and problem solving capabilities.
• Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to identify product development opportunities based on customer needs and market research.
• Develop and refine business requirements and ensure alignment with BRD and FSD for sign-off.
• Maintain and monitor project plans, logs, and governance artifacts across the product lifecycle.
• Ensure product specifications meet regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements.
