Job summary

ShopNJoy is looking for an entry-level Digital Content Executive to bring local merchants, shopper experiences and brand collaborations to life. You will create photos, videos and assets across marketing channels and the app, with a strong portfolio and willingness to learn.

You will publish visuals, coordinate with Merchant Success during onboarding and content updates, and work with the marketing team to ensure content meets brand standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mass Communication, Media Production, Digital Media, Visual Communication or related discipline.
• Portfolio demonstrating practical photography, videography and editing skills.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut or Canva.
• Good eye for composition and storytelling; capable with shoots and coordination.
• Willingness to travel to merchant locations in Singapore and learn.

Responsibilities

• Create photos, videos and digital assets for merchant profiles, products, services and brand activities.
• Edit short-form videos and photos for social media, campaigns and in-app use.
• Create and adapt digital assets for marketing campaigns, partnerships and collaborations.
• Work with our creative designer to apply ShopNJoy's brand guidelines consistently.
• Set up and update merchant listings, tiles, deals and banners in-app and on channels.
• Prepare visuals and copy in the correct formats and publish content on schedule.
• Coordinate with Merchant Success to support onboarding and content updates.
• Organise source files and templates for easy reuse; collaborate with Marketing on briefs.
