Digital Consultant / Business Analyst

As a Digital Consultant / Business Analyst, your band of adventurers rely on you to identify and analyze our clients’ requirements and then build them in the form of magnificent IT solutions. It is in no way an easy task, but it is key to accomplishing missions.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and identify complex system's needs
2. Communicate the client's requirements to the project team
3. Provide IT-based solution, UX consultation, and modelling
4. Deliver solution documentation and IT solution proposals.
5. Support IT-based project and product management
6. Enhance and document internal and external business process
7. Research, document, and adapt new stack technology

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst/UX Designer/UX Consultant
3. Strong analytical thinking to explore our journey and marvelous skills to work in a team, also have a keen attention to each of details
4. Has experience in writing software requirement specification/technical design documents.
5. Has experience in IT testing (Writing test cases, executing testing, supporting UAT)
6. Good written and verbal communication skills
7. Having a data analytic background will be preferable
8. Singaporean / Singapore PR that may apply
