Job description

I. Summary Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Communications Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take full ownership of our digital marketing strategy and execution across multiple markets in Asia. This role requires an experienced individual with a strong technical background who can independently manage all aspects of digital marketing. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital tools and techniques to drive lead generation and brand presence.

II. Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Ferrari’s Sales Adjacencies Business digital strategy, in close coordination with the business, ensuring a consistent and appropriate positioning for the brand throughout digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Lead strategy, planning, messaging and execution of campaigns and client communications, ensuring consistency in tone of voice and consumer experience.
  • Lead message and positioning on key activations and services, developing or supervising all necessary communication assets (photography, videos, event assets, product light tools etc.) to support the business needs across the commercial department.
  • Work with different teams within sales and marketing department on ensuring consistency across all communications, supervising and advising in the creation of assets to be used in client communications (direct and through dealers).
  • Develop and implement communication strategies across various digital platforms, working closely with the digital & data and Commercial departments, in particular: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across digital channels, resonating with the key stakeholders (clients/fans/general public)
  • Keep up-to-date with latest trends and emerging technologies, and make suggestions for continuous improvement.

III. Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Required

  • At least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing communications
  • Knowledge of Project Management and Web Project Management methodologies
  • Ability to manage and coordinate the entire digital project: planning, execution, monitoring and delivery
  • Practical experience with content management systems, Google Analytics and project management software
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
  • The ability to manage projects with a high degree of independence whilst coordinating with the broader comms team and supervisor is essential;
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, and Italian skills will be preferred
  • Meeting deadlines, adapting under pressure, solving problems are all expected
  • Multi tasking capabilities are required
