Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Growth and Strategy
Working alongside the Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute tailored e-commerce strategies to grow sales, visibility, and market share on each platform.
Analyse marketplace trends, consumer behaviour, and business performance to identify new growth opportunities.
Propose tactical promotions, bundling strategies, and campaign mechanics in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
Support product assortment planning and manage platform-led growth initiatives.
Content Development and Platform Management
Serve as the primary point of liaison of marketplace business for internal and external stakeholders.
Lead daily operations across marketplaces, including content uploads, campaign planning, order fulfilment coordination, and inventory alignment.
Brief and collaborate with in-house designers to adapt visual and written assets across platforms.
Assist CRM and automation efforts to enhance post-purchase engagement and customer retention.
Customer Service & Order Coordination
Monitor and respond to customer enquiries across platforms to ensure timely, brand-aligned support.
Verify incoming orders and coordinate updates with fulfilment leads for smooth processing.
Conduct monthly stock-taking, goods receiving, and ensure inventory accuracy between café and e-commerce locations.
Performance Tracking & Analytics
Establish and track key operational KPIs on a monthly, and quarterly basis.
Generate and analyse business performance reports to make informed, strategic decisions.
Provide actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations to drive business improvement and growth.
Requirements
Good understanding of E-Commerce landscape and best practices
Preferred diploma and degree in marketing, business management or related.
At least 2-3 years of E-Commerce experience in a similar role, previous experience in the retail industry would be a plus.
Experience in growing digital businesses, with a track record of managing, driving online sales growth and expanding e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, RedMart etc - experience with TikTok Shop is a plus)
Meticulous, possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with customer-centric mindset.
Self-starter, responsible, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Collaborative, adaptive, resourceful team player
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
