We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Asset Lead to spearhead our digital asset initiatives within the global markets division. This role involves helping to develop and execute a comprehensive digital asset strategy that aligns with our business objectives and market trends. The successful candidate will keep abreast of development and trends in the digital assets space, engage industry partners and internal stakeholders to deliver Digital Assets implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep abreast of industry, technological and regulatory development in Digital Assets to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Provide thought leadership in Digital Assets to Global Markets Division and participate in speaking engagements on Digital Assets.
• Drive Digital Assets development through communication of ideas, concepts and strategies to management, and other internal and external partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build digital asset capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and technology partners.

Qualifications:
