Job description

    As a Senior Digital Analyst based in India, you will play a crucial role in implementing digital tracking on web and app platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing customer and digital insights to support ecommerce growth and collaborating with digital and ecommerce teams to enhance our ecommerce estate continuously.Your key responsibilities will involve leading the implementation of digital tracking solutions on web and app platforms to ensure accurate data collection and reporting. You will utilize digital data to uncover customer insights and trends that support ecommerce growth strategies. Additionally, you will work closely with digital and ecommerce teams to monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement strategies to enhance the ecommerce experience. Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) will also be a part of your role. It is essential to ensure the accuracy and integrity of digital data by implementing data governance practices and conducting regular audits. To drive continuous improvement and innovation, you should stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics and ecommerce.You will directly add value to customers, SLT, division brand colleagues, and the Digital Hub. Collaboration with Brand teams, Digital, eCommerce, Data & Analytics community of practice will be crucial for successful outcomes.Working in Alshaya's Customer & Technology division, you will lead the prioritization, building, and operation of digital analytics solutions to achieve a best-in-class frictionless omnichannel customer experience. The ideal candidate will have opportunities to lead high-impact work and contribute to the growth of the ecommerce estate.Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. You should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital analytics, data management, or a related field, with experience in ecommerce and digital tracking implementation being essential. Proficiency in digital analytics tools, data visualization tools, and programming languages is necessary.You should have experience in ecommerce analytics use cases, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and collaboration skills. Experience in large-scale B2C data and digital transformation is preferred, with experience in Alshaya countries of operation considered a plus. Commitment to continuous skills improvement, collaborative approach, and ownership of work outcomes are expected, along with empathy towards customers and alignment with Alshaya values. A start-up mindset is essential as you will be developing a new capability for the enterprise.,
