• Provide basic digital literacy training and support to those who are unfamiliar with technology.
• Advocate for the benefits of using digital services and encourage users to adopt them.
• Assist in customers' general enquiries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• Candidates with no experience are open to apply.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• There will be training provided for them to understand the role, what they need to do as well as lead POCs to report their daily jobs.
• Flexibility to work on night shifts.
