A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Service Support Officer responsible for assisting customers with internet banking transactions and product inquiries. The role requires good communication and multitasking skills, alongside administrative duties like filing and document checking. This position is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service support.
Job Description:
Migrate/ guide customers to perform transactions over internet banking
Assist customers with general product enquiries and form filling
Administrative duties of filing, scanning of documents, document checking etc.
Attend to corporate account customer to fill up form if online application rejected.
Assist customer to submit e-financing.
Perform the duties of Service Support Officer whenever required
Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Job Requirements:
Customer centric
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Administrative experience preferred and strong team player.
Ability to multi-task effectively.
Willingness to be on your feet most of the time
