Job description

We are seeking proactive and resourceful Digital Ambassador to support front-line healthcare users during the implementation of new systems. You will be stationed alongside with the users to provide real-time assistance, ensuring a smooth transition and effective system adoption. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Act as the first point of contact for front-line users during system deployment, offering hands-on support and guidance.
  • Assist users in navigating the system, sharing tips and best practices to enhance their confidence and efficiency.
  • Address user inquiries related to system-generated bills by providing clarifications based on FAQs and internal communication channels.
  • Escalate complex issues or system errors to the appropriate technical or support teams for resolution.
  • Gather feedback from users to identify common challenges and suggest improvements to enhance system usability.
  • Conduct informal training sessions or one-on-one coaching to help users become proficient with the system.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanour to foster trust and collaboration with front-line staff.

Job Qualifications:

  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Candidates with no experience are open to apply.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Training will be provided to understand the role and what is needed to do as lead POCs to report their daily jobs.
  • On-site deployment at healthcare facilities and require flexible hours to accommodate different shifts and ensure continuous support during the deployment phase.
  • This role requires flexibility to work in shifts, including the possibility of night shifts. Night shifts may fall between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM, depending on operational needs.
