Job description

The hiring company is a local brand communication firm assisting thousands of large enterprises in crafting the right brand messages for intended results. Due to expansion, they are looking to fill the role of Digital Account Director (Social Media).

Responsibilities:
  1. Growth and development of new accounts and existing accounts:
    Working with Business Development team for overall account management, growth and profitability targets.
    Identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
    Consistently manage client expectations, ensure delivery of high-quality service.
    Participate in the strategic development of new business, producing proposals and presentations to new accounts and take part in presentations.
    Establish strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders to promote agency.
  2. Digital team lead:
    To lead, grow and manage a team of Account Managers and Digital Specialists through overseeing their day-to-day operations.
    Provides leadership/motivation and conveys the vision and values of the agency to the team.
    Manages and resolves functional conflicts through consultation with team leads.
  3. Account servicing:
    Taking a lead in clients' campaign marketing and advertising strategies.
    Liaise with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis.
    Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and deliver within tight deadlines.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimally 6 years experience in an agency.

Salary range: $6,500 - $8,500
