We are inviting candidates for the position of:
Digital Account Director
Responsibilities:
- Manage overall client relationship providing strategic input while guiding internal teams towards the achievement of client objectives, making sure day-to-day projects are delivered on time, budget, and quality.
- Create effective digital strategies and work collaboratively with the planning and creative teams to develop and execute digital strategies and to facilitate the development of project briefs.
- Ability to create project or operation process framework with understanding business governance
- Ability to understand, conceptualise and manage a complex, multi-channel campaign across the various phases of the funnel / customer journey.
- Drive the direction and delivery of global/regional work in local markets: overseeing strategic, cultural, creative fit for the local/regional adaptation of the work.
- Support the overall business growth by identifying new opportunities with existing clients, and supporting other business development efforts, such as nurturing new leads, participating in pitches, developing regional relationships of our global client list.
- Be proactive about putting forward new ideas, finding solutions to client’s business needs, monitoring of competitive activity / industry trends and bringing fresh thinking / innovation.
- Manage account P&Ls from ensuring proper revenue forecasting, resourcing, negotiating statements of work.
- Be responsible for accurate project execution without causing errors and mistakes to build up client trust and secure project on going
- Possess strong leadership skills to proactively guide clients through a consultative approach
- Be familiar with digital performance marketing to increase conversion and meet sales target
Requirements:
- 8+ years in a relevant loyalty or digital marketing / strategy / client services capacity.
- In-depth understanding of creative processes, including digital platforms (AEM, JIRA, Adobe Target)
- Solid communications skills to manage project stakeholders and client
- Experienced in holistic digital campaigns that cuts across paid, owned, earned digital touchpoints.
- Strong creative problem solving, both on a practical level in handling account operations
- Excellent client management skills - liaise with multiple clients on an ongoing basis. Understanding client’s day-to-day needs (briefs) and confirming the direction of the team to fulfil these briefs in an accurate and timely manner.
- Excellent presentation/oral and negotiation skills - know how to sell a mid-level idea into clients, pushing back when necessary for the overall good of the project delivery
- A keen attention to details and budgetary constraint.
- Knowledge on web and app analytics platform - AA and GA preferred
- Self-motivated, and a team player
- Vocal and confident disposition
