Job Description:

You will provide a holistic and evidenced based medical nutrition therapy for patients and caregivers in primary care setting. Your role is to:

  • Apply theoretical and professional knowledge in assessing and formulating appropriate nutritional plan and develop relevant patient education resources
  • Maintains up-to-date, accurate and clear documentation
  • Motivates and supports patients in treatment adherence and making dietary changes with the aimof supporting patients in achieving optimal health.
  • Contribute to the field of nutrition and dietetics by participating in research activities and quality improvement projects
  • Conduct public education and interprofessional training for staff, patients and community
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams and contribute to the organization’s efforts in providing quality patient care, delivering clinical education to patients and community

Job Requirement:

  • Degree in Dietetics
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience in healthcare settings with Dietetic services
  • Registered dietitian at Singapore Nutrition & Dietetics Association (SNDA) or any recognized Dietitians Association preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently at different polyclinics
  • Ability to communicate local languages/ dialects will be an advantage
