Job summary

The National Kidney Foundation in Singapore is seeking an Operations Associate to support the non-clinical tasks of the Dialysis Centres. You will be the first responder for operational challenges, ensuring high service standards for patients at the Bendemeer DC.

Responsibilities include facility, reception, and environmental management; administrative records; equipment, IT, stock management; finance and patient support; and ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience.
• Preferably with healthcare setting experience.
• GCE O’/A level or ITE in office skills.
• Diploma in Business Admin preferred.
• PC literate with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of patient areas, including waiting rooms, reception, and storerooms.
• Oversee vendor tasks (e.g., high-dusting, biohazard disposal, empty canister collection).
• Handle reception duties: phone calls, visitor logs, and crowd control.
• Create and maintain patient case files and staff records; manage logistic termination/transfer cases.
